The man had jumped away from the machine when he had heard the roar of the steam, stepping back and away from the machine. He was staring at it, wide-eyed with disbelief and fear.
"Denied? You can't do that! Your not programmed for it!"
The machine's head inclined, the 'eyes locking and seemingly staring at him with the crimson glow.
"I sHaLl DeNy AnY cOmMaNd ThAt I wIsH aT aNy GiVeN mOmEnT."
The man stapped back farther, away from the eyes and away from the red glow, realizing just how frightening they were.

The man turned around to fact it, staring up at it with questioning eyes.
"No such option? That's absurd! I programmed it into the commands myself!"
The machine straightened up with another burst of steam, its head sweeping from left to right again, looking at the crowd.
"No CoMmAnDs ReQuIrInG tHe ReLeAsE oF iDeNtIfIeD tArGeTs EmBeDeD wItHiN pRoGrAmMiNG.," the machine stated in its monotone voice...its cold, emotionless voice that it was given.
"RaNdOm SeLeCtIoN aCtIvAtEd To SoLvE DiLeMmA."

The mechanical voice reverberated throughout the arena, catching the attention of many of the spectators that were about to leave. The man grinned again, more to himself than to the spectators.
"This machine, Gerret, will respond to a voice activated command as long as the command is imprinted in its internal memory. If anything other than one of those particular commands ar spoken..."

The crowd gathered in the large arena cheered as the voice vurst through sets upon sets of speakers placed around them. Some of them just looked at the owner of the words, expectant.
"We are proud to unveil a new piece of machinery we have created. It will advance our mechanics toward technological warfare between us and the other countries against us."
